• 20 min by bus from Tobu Utsunomiya Station (Tobu Utsunomiya Line): Get off at Museum Entrance station, then 5 min walk

9:00-17:00, last entry at 16:30 (Apr-Nov) / 9:00-16:30, last entry at 16:00 (Dec-Mar)

• Tuesday or the following day if Tuesday is a national holiday (Dec - Mar)

• Dec 26th - Jan 1st

• Jan 2nd - 3rd, with shortened 0pening hours: 10:00-16:00 (last entry at 15:30)

• Feb 17th - 28th, due to construction work
